I. Issues to Consider in Steam Turbine Noise Control

II. Overall Quality Requirements for Steam Turbine Enclosure Projects

1. 3. Corrosion resistance must comply with the GB2086-2006 standard, ensuring no discoloration or deformation.

5. Layout must be reasonable, tight, neat, and aesthetically pleasing.

7. Made from cold-rolled steel plates: The enclosure dimensions are 12000mm × 9000mm × 3000mm (customizable). The main columns and beam framework are constructed from rectangular section steel, connected with high-strength bolts, and assembled in a modular structure. The design of the main columns and beam framework must avoid the bearing seats of the steam turbine generator set to prevent interference with bearing maintenance. The four walls are assembled from steel structure soundproof acoustic panels, with the outer layer made of cold-rolled steel plates no less than 1.5mm thick and the inner layer made of 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plates.

8. The steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, insulation enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel include 4 soundproof doors with observation windows. The doors must open smoothly and close tightly.

9. The lower part of the four walls must have an appropriate number of air inlets (soundproof ventilation openings, with area determined by the bidder).

10. The top of the enclosure is made from perforated plates and is equipped with lifting rings for hoisting. Six low-noise fans are installed for forced exhaust and heat dissipation. The interior is equipped with a full set of LED lighting facilities to facilitate inspections by personnel inside the cosmetic panel enclosure.

14. The steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, insulation enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel must have vibration damping measures at ground contact points to reduce vibration caused by foundation movement.

15. The steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, insulation enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel must be factory-processed and ready for direct on-site installation. On-site fabrication is not allowed, and hot work is prohibited on-site.
